- Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Please allow approx. 6-8 weeks for your order to ship. If you need to guarantee that your item will ship in less than 8 weeks we can usually accommodate rush orders. Please see the rush order info on our FAQ pagefor more information. All rush orders must be pre-approved. During peak wedding season our wait sometimes runs a bit longer than usual. We do require that your event date is listed in the Special Instructions box on our order page so that we can be 100% sure that your order arrives in plenty of time for your event!
- Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our items please consider all sales to be FINAL. Once your order is placed we are not able to refund any portion of your payment. Refunds will be available ONLY if we, due to our own fault, are not able to deliver your piece in time! There is a wait time on our items. Please note that we can not refund orders that are not placed in time to arrive for your event so please check our wait policy and your calendar before ordering! We also suggest requesting a MOCK of your topper before placing your order to be sure you are happy with your font choice.
